This page provides all the key information about the school which as parents you need to know.

If you need to report your child’s absence, please email attendance@gillotts.org.uk or call 01491 636812 on each day of absence. These details should also be used to make an absence request of any kind. Please note, if your child has an appointment during the school day you must give us prior notice using the above details, otherwise it may be recorded as an unauthorised absence. We may also refuse to allow a student to sign out for an appointment if we have had no contact from a parent or guardian.

At Gillotts School, we use the Edulink One engagement platform, which provides information to parents, students and staff about key aspects of school life.

All parents and students have an Edulink account, username and password to access the platform. You can login with your details via any web browser or via the Edulink App. This can be done using the links below:

Once you are logged into Edulink, you can view the following information:

• Achievement points
• Behaviour points
• Timetable
• Homework schedule and details
• Attendance information, including ability to report absences to school through the app
• Detentions 
• Exam dates
• Reports
• Links to other key school related websites/resources
• Parents evening video appointments (to follow at a later date)

We have compiled a range of parent and student guides which you can use to familiarise yourself with the platform. However, it is very user friendly and easy to pick up!
