If you need to report your child’s absence, please email attendance@gillotts.org.uk or call 01491 636812 on each day of absence. These details should also be used to make an absence request of any kind.

Please note, if your child has an appointment during the school day you must give us prior notice using the above details, otherwise it may be recorded as an unauthorised absence. We may also refuse to allow a student to sign out for an appointment if we have had no contact from a parent or guardian.
